Responsibilities

  • Translate legal and regulatory requirements (privacy, platform safety, marketing compliance) into clear workflows, controls, and operational processes.

  • Experience working with data privacy regulations (e.g., CCPA/CPRA, COPPA, or similar frameworks).
  • Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams to implement requirements within product or platform workflows.
  • Experience designing and implementing operational processes, controls, or systems at scale.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Familiarity with data governance, compliance tooling, or content/platform safety frameworks is a plus.

The Position: GameChanger is looking for a Program Manager, Compliance & Privacy Operations to translate legal and regulatory requirements into scalable processes across our product and business operations. You will partner closely with Legal, Product, Engineering, and Operations to embed compliance into how teams build, launch, and manage products. You will focus on operationalizing privacy, platform safety, and regulatory requirements, ensuring teams can move quickly while managing risk appropriately. You will sit at the intersection of legal, product, and operations, with direct impact on how GameChanger scales responsibly. You will report to the Sr. Director, Assistant General Counsel at DICK'S Sporting Goods while sitting onsite at GameChanger's office in New York City.
