Position: Sales Coordinator (Sales Admin / Operations Support) Location: Joo Chiat Road (Nearest MRT: Paya Lebar / Eunos) Working hours: 5 days' work week: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + Medical claim is capped at $200 per year + 14 days Annual Leave Duration: 1 year contract Can be converted to Permanent Position Industry: Information Technology Company Main Responsibilities: Handle accounts administration including invoices, payments, and claims. Support HR administration, onboarding, training, and recruitment activities. Coordinate work pass updates, insurance renewals, and compliance matters. Liaise with vendors on IT support, office maintenance, and supplies. Assist with audits, government grants, and general administrative duties.
