- Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each customer's structure, needs, and buying patterns.
- Own pipeline generation, inbound requests, and trial conversions by refining outreach strategies, adjusting messaging, and executing sales plays.
- Work cross-functionally with leadership, customer enablement, and solution consulting to drive training and adoption within key accounts.
- Monitor account health and proactively mitigate churn risk through ongoing engagement, renewal strategies, and expansion planning.
- Your profile
- 3-5+ years of experience in a SaaS sales, ideally in a high growth or start-up environment.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise or mid-market accounts.
- Strong ability to navigate complex customer organizations, multi-thread deals, and C-suite executives.
- Highly self-sufficient and proactive, capable of operating in an entrepreneurial and fast-moving sales environment.
- Experience working with common GTM tools (e.g. Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, Gong, LinkedIn SalesNav).
- Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Appreciation of our product - willingness to understand think-cell's product is a must (don't worry, it's very intuitive), experience with think-cell a plus.
- Based in Denver, ability to work on-site in at least 3 days per week (Tues - Thurs)
- College degree, preferably in business or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
