Food Court Manager

Requirements

• minimum of 5 years' relevant experience at a management level in F&B Industry
• Initiative and with leadership skills to manage a team, mature, outgoing and guest-oriented, good communication skills
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop staff
• A good team player with a positive attitude.

Additional Information

Need to work for long hours until the middle of the night. Oversee day-to-day operations Monitor and ensure the quality of food and services keep the cafe's cleanliness and hygiene standards Handle and resolve issues or complaints To supervise all staff in their duties To train staff to provide high standards of service and increase their personal knowledge. Evaluate the operations and procedures, and suggest improvements Attend trainings/meetings when required Handles manpower staffing and scheduling of staff roster Evaluate staff performance
