Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership to nursing teams, promoting high standards, innovation and person-centred care

  • Strong experience in clinical assessment, care planning and harm reduction
  • Demonstrable ability to lead teams and influence clinical practice
  • Experience in clinical audit, governance and service improvement
