We are a part of Amazon Shopping focused on building a LLM-based conversational shopping experience called Alexa for Shopping. Our goal is to allow customers to intuitively engage with Amazon in natural language to get the most convenient shopping experience.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience

Amazon Conversational Search is the exciting new LLM-based feature in the Amazon App / Desktop to allow customers to engage with Amazon in natural language conversations. We are looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to deliver mission critical programs to build the leading edge infrastructure behind this experience as well as build new delightful customer experiences in this space. Key job responsibilities Key responsibilities for the role will include: * Running high visibility programs across multiple teams in Alexa for Shopping org. * Managing stakeholders across these teams as well as senior leadership of Search and adjacent orgs. * Mentoring and growing other technical leaders to help them scale and lead mission critical initiatives. * Using data and key metrics, to drive improvements that enhance our operational effectiveness.
