Lead Generation & Funnel Optimisation Support and optimise full marketing funnel: Awareness → Lead → Booking → Show-Up → Repeat Identify drop-off points and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and show-up rates Work closely with clinic/frontline teams to improve lead handling and appointment conversion Drive initiatives to increase Cost per Appointment Booked (CPAB) efficiency Job Requirement: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in digital / performance marketing Proven track record in lead generation, conversion optimisation, and campaign scaling Experience in aesthetic, beauty, healthcare, or medispa industry is highly preferred
