WEEKEND WORK REQUIRED/VALID DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED Re-Advertisement of Technician Vacancy Announcement #26-010 APPOINTMENT STATUS: EXCEPTED This is a Dual Status Excepted Service Technician position in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. AREA OF CONSIDERATION: Non-Bargaining Position AOC 1: NG Employees at the Training Center Military Grades: WARRANT OFFICER WO1-CW2 ENLISTED E6-E9 The supervisor for this position is CW2 Puckey *NOTE: Accessioning into this position is contingent upon verification of Secret Security Clearance GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education, or training involving knowledge of one or more aspects of the supply field. Experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Application must indicate 30 months of experience, education, or training planning layouts of storage. Experience compiling, analyzing and using data concerning storage space allocation, equipment uses, maintenance and personnel use. Experience conducting and completing projects and studies related to distribution and storage operations. Experience conducting surveys and providing technical assistance in determining the use of storage areas and the allocation of storage space. Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed. Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel. QUALITY OF EXPERIENCE: Length of time is not of itself qualifying. Candidates' experience should be evaluated on the basis of duties performed rather than strictly on the rank of the individual; however, established compatibility criteria/assignments must be followed. The applicant's record of experience, training, and education must show possession of the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to fully perform the duties of the position to be filled. SPECIAL NOTE: Per the Merit Promotion and Placement Plan (MPP) if there are more than 15 qualified applicants for each position, by category, a KSA board will be convened in accordance with Chapter 4 of the MPP.
