  • Position Summary:
  • Responsible for accounting for purchased services and accounts receivable for the Albany Medical Center Hospital.

  • B. MAJOR TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Responsible for the billing of Student Tuition of the Albany Medical College
  • Monthly accounting for the tuition, scholarship revenue and expenses of the student tuition
  • Monthly account reconciliations of Student Tuition Receivables and Deferred Tuition Revenue.
  • Monthly AMC medical services provided to 3rd party medical practices
  • Monthly billing for rent to Non AMC medical practices
  • Monthly billing for CAM and utility charges
  • Responsible for the accounting and reporting of Hospital Housestaff receivables.
  • Budgeting and forecasting of future contracts by year, by department.
