- Prior experience in sales, industrial distribution, systems integration or an engineering firm.
- Previous experience managing a sales team or leading distributors.
- Experience working with all levels of large project customers including executives, management, and engineers.

Job Description The Industry Sales Manager will lead a sales team across multiple states in the Pacific Northwest (AK, ID, NV, OR, UT, WA), focused on selling Rockwell Automation technology and services into discrete & process manufacturing clients. You will drive business growth, building long-term executive customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed annual sales targets. You will report to the Industry Sales Director and will work remotely out of Washington, Oregon, Utah, or Idaho.
