Executive, Digital Solutions

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for various business functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights and digital solutions.
• Build and optimize data models, write SQL queries, and integrate various data sources into reporting and applications.
• Leverage Power Suite tools to automate workflows and business processes, streamline operations and improve user experience.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative digital solutions, including automation and AI-driven tools.
• Design KPIs and metrics tailored to business needs, ensuring dashboards and solutions are clear and user-friendly.
• Troubleshoot data, automation, and application issues; continuously improve solution quality based on user feedback.
• Lead and support CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) project deployments, including requirements gathering, configuration coordination, testing, rollout, and post‑go‑live support.
• Act as the digital project coordinator for CMMS initiatives, working with IT, Operations, Engineering, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
• Design and manage CMMS-related data flows, reporting, and integrations, including dashboards and analytics using Power BI.
• Support change management and user adoption for CMMS deployments, including user training, documentation, and issue resolution.
• Support and assist in other Digital Solutions and transformation initiatives as directed by Management.
• You are:
• Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Strong expertise in Power Suite Tools including good knowledge of SQL and handling complex datasets.
• Strong documentation, user training, and solution handover skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast- paced environment.
• Effective stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions to business users.
• Experience in CMMS implementation, deployment, or administration (e.g., asset management, work orders, preventive maintenance, spare parts, reporting).
• Proven exposure to project‑based system deployments, including
• coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to translate operational and maintenance requirements into digital and system solutions.
• Basic understanding of data integration, ETL processes, or cloud data platforms is an advantage.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems (e.g., CMMS with BI tools, databases, or automation workflows) is an advantage
