Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Make arrangement for data/documentation collection according to the instruction by department head
• Responsible for the production of the POP or advertisment artwork
• Collect media information, provide reference for the company's advertising
• Cooperate with the 3rd party supplier to apply/change/cancel the company business licenses and relevant business certificates
• Keep smooth communication with other relevant department, collect market information, collect industry trends and competitor information
• Responsible for the Content Marketing for EC channel, such as Xiaohongshu, Zhihu, WeChat, MicroBlog, etc.to increase brand awareness
• Keep recording for marketing expenses and prepare weekly forecast and summary
• Responsible for data collection, summary and analysis of all the business data and follow up the promotion feedback or result for own stores
• To complete relevant reports of marketing department and assist with all the administrative affairs
• Handle other projects as required by department head

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in English, Journalism, Media, Sales & Marketing is preferred
• 2 years or above work experiences in related position
• Good learning capacity and high comprehensibility; Good at data analysis, work meticulous and positive, strong sence of responsibility; Work independently & good teamwork spirit
• Good command of Microsoft Office (especially PPT, Excel), basic skill of Photoshop. Flunt English in writting
