Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and accurately to all incoming sales enquiries via telephone, fax, and email, preparing and sending brochures to customers
- Follow up on enquiries by preparing tailored proposals and facilitating product sample showcases to support sales conversion
- Coordinate detailed communications and activities with Business Development Executives (BDE) and Business Development Managers (BDM) to align sales efforts

- Compile weekly sales overview reports to monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and expand sales within the existing client base by identifying opportunities to increase order expenditure
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in order management, customer service and sales operations.
- Possess a good work attitude and must be meticulous, organized, reliable and able to handle work pressure well.
- Able to work together as a team and communicate well.
