Ensure all vehicle driver entering and exit the resort though the dedicated gate. Visitor Management: Greeting guests, issuing visitor badges, and providing directions. Vehicle Inspections: Checking incoming and outgoing vehicles for unauthorized goods or potential security risk Record Keeping and Administration Maintaining Logs: Recording all visitor, vehicle, and vendor movements in a daily log. Incident Reporting: Preparing detailed reports on incidents, security breaches, or suspicious activity. Emergency Response and Communication Emergency Response: Responding to alarms, medical emergencies, or security breaches, acting as the first responder. Communication Hub: Operating two-way radios and telephones to coordinate with internal staff, management, and emergency services. H otel safety and security Ensure that all fire equipment at the Service Building, Utility and Resort are in proper working condition (Weekly check detection equipment's and fire-fighting equipment) To ensure regular fire drills are running in co-operation with the Engineering Department and ensure the drill minimum twice a year.
