- Revenue Generation & Market Expansion

- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Design and Sourcing teams to ensure sales pipelines align with inventory capabilities, manufacturing constraints, and production lead times.
- Provide the executive team with structured feedback on market demands, pricing, and assortment needs based on live customer interactions.
- Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in B2B sales or business development, with at least 3+ years in a senior sales leadership capacity within the fashion, apparel, or uniform manufacturing industry.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in building and scaling a high-converting sales function, closing multi-year or six-figure corporate accounts.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the apparel manufacturing supply chain, textile sourcing, and customization processes (embroidery, printing, etc.).
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, natural charisma, and a strategic mindset that balances short-term revenue needs with long-term brand equity.
