• Clinical Duties:
• Assist dentists chairside for general, cosmetic, surgical and all dental-related procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms with required high-tech equipment (intraoral scanners, digital X-ray units, CAD/CAM systems).
• Assist dentists in taking digital X-rays, photographs and 3D scans.
• Maintain stringent infection control and sterilisation protocols.
• Manage dental materials, instruments and advanced dental technology.
• Patient Care:
• Greet patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Provide reassurance and clear explanations of procedures.
• Monitor patient comfort; offer amenities such as blankets, headphones, and neck pillows.
• Give detailed post-op care instructions.
• Administrative and Technical Support:
• Accurately update and maintain patient records in practice management software.
• Coordinate with dental labs.
• Monitor and restock clinical supplies and materials.
• Operate and troubleshoot digital equipment and software.
