Requirements

• At least 1 years' cooking experience in a hotel, pub, or high‑street restaurant
• A good understanding of food preparation and health & safety standards
• Flexibility to work a mix of daytime and evening shifts , including weekends
• Our hotel features more than 180 rooms and welcomes guests from all over the world - from business travellers to families heading off on holiday. As part of our food and beverage team, you'll play an important role in delivering a memorable dining experience that keeps guests coming back.

At ibis Styles London Gatwick Airport, our lively open‑plan Wanderlust bar and restaurant is always buzzing and we're looking for a skilled Part ‑Time Chef to join our friendly and passionate kitchen team. This role is 18 hours per week , where you'll be responsible for preparing delicious, consistently high‑quality dishes in our open kitchen environment.
