About the role
This is a focused, hands-on finance role. You will run the routine money operations of the business: invoicing, bookkeeping, and filing. The work is straightforward but important, and we need someone accurate and organised who can run the cycle reliably with minimal supervision. Responsibilities
- Raise, issue, and send client invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments
- Record daily transactions and reconcile accounts monthly in Xero
- Prepare GST submissions and keep financial documents properly organised and filed
- Liaise with our external tax agent on statutory and year-end matters
- Maintain clean records of receipts, bills, and bank statements
- Support month-end closing and prepare simple monthly summaries
- Provide general finance and accounts admin support as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in an accounts or bookkeeping role
- Proficient in Xero, or able to learn it quickly
- Familiar with Singapore GST and basic statutory requirements
- Accurate, organised, and comfortable working independently
- Diploma in Accountancy, LCCI, or equivalent
- Experience in an agency, services, or SME environment
- Comfort working alongside automation and AI tools to speed up routine work
