Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales associates to deliver a high volume of moderately complex sales quotes on time and with a high degree of accuracy
  • Coach and support sales associates to deliver timely, accurate and professional sales quotes for a range of product lines, ensuring f inance, b usiness , legal and professional services requirements are met while optimizing revenue
  • Monitor, investigate and promptly resolve open client sales orders that fall outside normal pricing guidelines
  • Analyze, document, communicate and process contractual, technical and commercial terms and conditions relative to the company standard
  • Deliver training to key stakeholders (e.g. sales, sales operations, deal desk) on quoting and sales tools, pricing policy, changes, and releases supporting product launches

Requirements

  • Required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years' experience in finance, accounting or business operations and analysis
  • Excellent financial analysis, business writing, and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate across organizational functions
  • High level of professionalism with internal and external customers
  • High attention to detail with excellent organization skills
  • Preferred
  • Proficient Excel skills
  • Salesforce.com work experience
  • Price desk experience in the software industry
