Requirements

• Relevant experience in case management, customer service, public sector administration, or citizen engagement functions.
• Experience coordinating with public agencies and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Exposure to process improvement initiatives, system enhancement projects, or digital transformation efforts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing requirements.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proactive and resourceful, with a willingness to learn and apply new technologies.
• Basic proficiency in Python programming.
• Familiarity with regular expressions (Regex) for data cleansing, text extraction, and pattern matching.
• Experience in reporting, dashboarding, performance tracking, or presenting analytical insights to stakeholders would be advantageous.

Manage and assess enquiries and appeals relating to government schemes, ensuring accurate and objective evaluation of each case. Liaise with public agencies and stakeholders to gather information, coordinate follow-up actions, and address citizens' needs effectively. Handle complex cases requiring detailed analysis, critical thinking, and cross-agency coordination. Support process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Participate in projects involving CRM systems, AI technologies, data analytics, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. Conduct data analysis on public service and quality management enquiries to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Prepare reports, monitor performance metrics, and present findings to relevant stakeholders. Perform administrative and operational duties as required.
