- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a corporate or in-house marketing environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital and print design work across multiple marketing channels and asset types
- Thorough understanding of brand standards and the ability to consistently execute within established visual guidelines
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong focus on design accuracy, consistency, and production quality
- Advanced aesthetic and visual composition skills including typography, color theory, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
- Experience using Canva to develop and maintain branded marketing assets and templates for internal and external communications, including templates compatible across Canva and Adobe platforms
