Responsibilities

  • Operate and configure M365 Copilot inside Power Platform as well as in M365 integrated Collaboration Platforms such as Teams SharePoint Online, Engage OneDrive and further technical integrations such as Search.
  • Ensure a continuous, reliable security and governance configuration, in alignment with related stakeholders.
  • Implement automation and monitoring solutions to support service reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders such as operation teams related to M365 services and process and solution owners.

  • Detailed knowledge about the architecture and dependencies of M365 Copilot.
  • Strong understanding of AI integration, Microsoft Graph, and automation tools.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly Incident and Change Management.
  • Familiarity with client & server operating systems and network fundamentals.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize collaboration platforms.
  • Knowledge of governance, compliance, and security within Microsoft 365.
  • Experience managing external service providers.
