Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lead pipeline across paid, organic, and referral channels
- Plan and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns with a focus on cost-per-lead and conversion quality
- Set monthly lead targets by centre and programme, reporting performance to the management team
- Own the quarterly marketing roadmap, aligned to key enrolment seasons (e.g., P1 registration, school holidays)

- Partner with Centre Leads to ground campaigns in on-the-ground realities - capacity, programme calendars, and enrolment targets

- Own and manage the marketing budget; track spend and report ROI to leadership
- Lead and develop a team of 3-4 marketers
- Manage external vendors and agencies - briefs, timelines, and costs
- Present strategy and recommendations to the management team on a regular cadence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial capacity
- Proven track record in lead generation and performance marketing - able to point to campaigns run and results driven
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; comfortable with analytics dashboards and drawing actionable insights
- Experience working cross-functionally with non-marketing stakeholders to align campaigns with business objectives
- Comfortable owning a budget and reporting ROI to leadership
- Experience managing or mentoring a small team
- Strong project management and communication skills - able to balance strategy with hands-on execution
- Familiarity with EDM platforms, Canva, and CRM/lead tracking tools is advantageous
- Background in education or consumer services is a plus, but not required
