Entity: Customers & Products Job Family Group: Operations Group Job Description: Scheduler Join our team and develop your career as a Scheduler As a Scheduler, you play a crucial role in supporting our production operations by ensuring efficient scheduling processes while driving data-driven decision-making, process improvements, and automation initiatives. Your focus will be on reducing manual work, increasing efficiency, and improving scheduling performance through advanced data analysis, Power BI reporting, AI solutions, and process optimization. Working closely with the Scheduling Team, Operations, Production, and Supply Chain, you will help improve the way scheduling data is managed and utilized across the organization while supporting both short- and long-term production planning. What will you do? Production Planning Support the development, monitoring, and optimization of short- and long-term production schedules. Assist in aligning production requirements, capacity constraints, material availability, and operational priorities. Support the Scheduling Team in managing changing priorities and production disruptions. Contribute to operational decision-making through data-driven recommendations. Manage scheduling master data and planning parameters to ensure scheduling accuracy. Data Analysis & Reporting Develop, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to support production planning and scheduling activities. Analyze scheduling and operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities. Transform complex datasets into valuable insights that support business decision-making. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data within planning systems. Create reports and dashboards that improve visibility into operational performance and scheduling outcomes. Process Improvement & Automation Identify opportunities to automate manual scheduling and reporting activities. Lead process optimization initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce the administrative workload within the Scheduling Team. Explore and implement innovative solutions using Power BI, AI tools, and other digital technologies. Contribute to the continuous improvement of scheduling processes and workflows. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into practical system and process improvements. Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with Scheduling, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Fulfilment, Maintenance, Production, and other key stakeholders. Act as the point of contact for reporting, data quality, and improvements within planning systems. Support continuous improvement projects within the planning and production environment. Share best practices and contribute to a culture of innovation and operational excellence. What do you need to be successful? Education & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent through experience. Experience in scheduling, data analysis, reporting, process improvement, supply chain, or production planning.
