Development Manager, Core Label Materials

Responsibilities

• Manage significant Product Development portfolio for monetary impact by prioritizing the ideas and ensuring the speed of implementation
• Run key projects for Core labelstock segment area
• Be responsible for technical ownership, management and further development of product portfolio for Core Label Materials - in details for Food, HPC, Beverage, Logistics, Retail end uses
• Be responsible for gathering the necessary PD & Innovation information for idea preparations, project progress follow-up and portfolio management
• Be in charge of benchmarking products and cooperation with industrial stakeholders for understanding the product performance
• Communicate actively with Core Label Materials Market team and other stakeholders

Requirements

• You have a higher education (bachelor's or master's degree) in Engineering or in Chemistry
• You have knowledge of standard paper and film label products, customers and end users demands
• You have experience of working with PSL and component technology, production, converting and labeling processes
• You have analytical skills, knowledge of logical problem solving, and project and team leadership skills
• You understand business strategies, objectives and how PD & Innovation promote the realization of the targets
• You show initiative and innovation and can prioritize and organize own work
• You present good collaboration skills and ability to work in teams
• You have good communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages will be considered an asset

• This position is located in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska, Poland or Tampere, Finland .
• This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration.
