As a Senior Recruitment Specialist on this team, you will own full-cycle recruiting for roles across our Manila operations - from high-volume roles to senior and specialized hires. You will develop deep knowledge of the Philippine talent market, build proactive pipelines, and act as a true partner to hiring managers in delivering a consistent, high-quality hiring process. Your work directly shapes the team that powers Snappr's growth.
