Responsibilities

  • As the Project Administrator for the Water Utilities Team in Southeast QLD, you'll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams, including document control, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, draft minutes and manage project correspondence.
  • Assist in tracking project progress, budgets, and resources.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Support compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project administration or similar roles, preferably within industrial or engineering sectors.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
