- Help ensure recruiting practices stay aligned with healthcare regulations, credentialing considerations, and employment standards
- Strengthen LUX Infusion's presence in the market by building relationships with schools, professional associations, and healthcare talent communities
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, People & Culture partners, and onboarding stakeholders
- Bring thoughtfulness, reliability, and follow-through to your work
- Identify and implement better ways to serve patients, providers, and teammates
