Candidate Profile A skilled practitioner with English language teaching qualifications and native /near-native proficiency, ideally with experience of higher education teaching. Minimum Requirements Master's degree in TESOL, ELT, Applied Linguistics, or a related field Alternatively, a master's degree with CELTA, DELTA, or equivalent TESOL qualification Ideally minimum 3 years of English language teaching experience Evidence of effective teaching practice and knowledge of ELT methodologies Engagement in professional development or scholarly activity is desirable Key Responsibilities Deliver English language teaching within the Foundation Year programme Design and review assessments in line with learning outcomes Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback Contribute to curriculum development and assessment practices Participate in quality assurance and departmental activities Application Process Recruitment is conducted on a rolling basis until positions are filled.
