- 5-8 years of experience in commercial, contracts, or sales support roles, preferably in marine, offshore, shipyard, or engineering/MRO industries
- Proven experience managing commercial, contracts, pricing, or sales support functions with strong cross-functional coordination and decision-making exposure
- Ability to balance operational demands with strategic priorities
