Role Summary and Impact INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead the execution and optimization of Paid Social campaigns across major platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and agency standards. - Collaborate with managers and strategists to co-develop full-funnel social strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion), incorporating platform-specific best practices and advanced features. - Manage Paid Social activations across core and emerging platforms (e.g., LINE, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest), providing platform-specific insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance. - Analyze campaign performance mid-flight and post-launch, delivering actionable insights and optimization plans to internal teams and clients. - Maintain up-to-date certifications (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Twitter Flight School) and proactively apply learning to improve campaign outcomes. - Take ownership of select cross-functional or innovation-driven projects, contributing to process improvements and test-and-learn initiatives. - Any other project or tasks as assigned from time to time.
