Job Description: We are looking to add a Client Service Specialist to join our Property Casualty team in Minneapolis, MN . Essential Responsibilities: Prepares certificates, binders, and auto ID cards. Invoice agency bill transactions for new and renewal policies, monthly installments, endorsements, and audits. Ensure accuracy of invoicing and work with accounting to resolve any discrepancies. Order policy changes from carriers, update agency management system/exposure schedules and set follow-up tasks. Investigates and corrects omitted items and commission differences on premium discrepancies (policies, audits and endorsements)
