Service Advisor - Ocean Cadillac

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers requiring service and maintenance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a service advisor role, preferably within a luxury automotive environment.
• Strong understanding of automotive technology and luxury vehicle maintenance.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
• Previous GM experience is a strong plus.
