Job Details: Pay: $17.25 Job description: Evaluate the quality of the product being produced. Report deficiencies to Lead or Supervisor for appropriate action. Keep up with line speed to act quickly. Be motivated with a desire to learn and implement new ideas. Work in a frequently changing environment. Perform rework as needed. Inform Lead or Supervisor of any mechanical breakdowns or production problems. Make product pathology dispositions and prioritize food safety dispositions. Conduct workflow for the New Poultry Inspection System (NPIS) Evisceration operation. Ability to work with others to adhere to Tyson's safety culture. If minimum requirements are met, applicants may be contacted for a facility visit. Use of hand, arm, and legs to monitor production process for proper operation, produce quality and quantity, and perform line duties as required. Work inside facility with wet floors, cold environment, cramped quarters at times. Utilize sanitizing agents in water, hand wash stations, and footwear cover sanitizing baths. Exposure to moving objects, electrical, and mechanical hazards. Basic reading and general safety. Preferred experience working in an eviscerating environment. Knowledge of poultry anatomy and conditions. Must communicate well with others and supervisors.
