About the role

Reporting to the Director of Premium Administration, this position owns the Premium Audit function end-to-end, leads cross functional initiatives, and delivers the reporting and analytics infrastructure required for data driven decision-making. Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain escalation criteria for audit findings and outcomes.
  • Lead cross‑functional stakeholder engagement and proactively escalate risks and dependencies to identify audit defects faster and
  • Drive automation opportunities to increase audit capabilities, flag variances and create guardrails for premium application and reconciliation.
  • Develop premium calculation tools to assist with client education and partner with L&D to enhance training programs for internal partners
  • What you will bring with you:
  • 5+ years of managerial experience within Group Insurance
  • Results‑driven leader with demonstrated success driving continuous improvement, streamlining processes, and deploying scalable solutions
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and delivering measurable demonstrated business outcomes
  • Proficient in enterprise systems and advanced Microsoft Office tools; strong understanding of insurance products, premium lifecycles, and related accounting impacts
  • Highly effective communicator and people leader with a proven ability to build trust, develop and coach teams, translate complex financial and operational concepts, and influence diverse stakeholders
  • Capable of independently leading initiatives and directing staff in alignment with role scope
