Responsibilities

  • What you bring
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills.
  • 3-5 years of experience building and leading acquisition and growth initiatives for credit card or other lending products.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, R, or Python (specifically Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.).
  • Experience growing and scaling credit card programs is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex programs to focus on key areas of improvement.
  • Experience with experimentation, including test design, reading results, and communicating insights to guide decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with partners across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, and Compliance.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field.

As Credit Business Analyst, Growth, you will be responsible for owning a portion of the growth strategy for credit cards. You will work closely with credit, product and operations to execute strategies that will help grow the card customer base. This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA, New York, NY, or Washington, DC office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
