Shell Mobility in Benefrux is responsible for the operations of nearly 1000 service stations in 4 countries, serving private customers, fleet drivers and truck drivers. 65% of the stations are company operated of and 35% Dealer operated. Mobility Benefrux is a significant cash engine. Mobility in this cluster aims to make Green and Enjoyable Mobility Seamless for Everyone and for Every Journey. The Key Ambition for 2026 is growing the Total Customer Value by: a) Shell Recharge scaling to fast charging experience of choice, b) Maximizing value from fuels and transition proof Network and c) Convenience Retail: becoming the most attractive place to recharge on your journey. The main purpose of this role is to develop trust relationships with major multiple dealers and build effective partnerships. Key is acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Expand the relationship with existing dealers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. Lead the negotiations, the prospects and build the dealer strategy. Drive customer experience and further business development to be the no.1 in mobility and convenience. This role has the responsibility to support the Mobility Strategy and to manage for success new Dealer Value Propositions with an offer focussed at low emission fuels and mobility services. Managing the set-up of the operations, implementing these for optimal success and act as interface between the Dealer and Shell, in order to deliver on customer expectations and on the business case. Dimensions: - Drive the energy transition and develop the Dealer sites to become Mobility Dealers. - Individual Contributor role with wide range of internal and external stakeholders to manage. - Own P&L linked to the targets set for Mobility Strategy across our network. - Understand the competitors offer and the Dealer Value Propositions. - Support People Make the Difference Real programme via visible leadership, coaching, reward and performance management of Dealers. Effectively use tools (TMSR, HACCP, TNT, Salesforce) to manage performance - Help develop team members and address areas for improvement. - Demonstrate consistent and visible leadership on HSSE by ensuring compliance with Group requirements and active realization of Goal Zero. - Delivering projects on time in full. Accountabilities: - Responsible for the P&L of incumbent Dealer sites that are part of the Territory and implement new e-mobility and decarbonization offers like Adblue, Shell Recharge, LNG, hydrogen and Convenience. - Develop partnerships and create win-win relationships and implement. - Negotiate with potential partners the contract. - Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance and IT to develop sound E2E processes. - Collaborate with Marketing in Mobility and Fleet Solutions to set-up the business for commercial success. Flexible working options/location : The role is linked to the Brussels headquarters. It involves frequent travel across Belgium-on average 3-4 days per week outside the base office-primarily within Flanders.
