  • Have published (or at least submitted) peer-reviewed papers as the first author in high-impact journals.

Job Description The successful candidate will work with Asst. Prof. WEI Jiangbo on context-dependent crosstalk between epitranscriptome and epigenome under a project on "Exploiting the synthetic lethal interactions between epitranscriptome and epigenome to overcome epigenetic drug resistance in cancers". The main responsibilities of the position include: 1. Establish the model system to study context-dependent crosstalk between epitranscriptome and epigenome in the lab. 2. Carry out biochemistry and cell biology-related experiments and bioinformatics work for associated omics. 3. Facilitate grant application. 4. Aid and support to junior PhD students in their research projects. 5. Lead a small group of PhD working on RNA modification in gene regulation and inheritance. 6. Report duty to PI.
