- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-
- paced manufacturing environment.
- Detail Oriented: A "sharp eye" for catching small defects that could cause issues later
- in the printing or die-cutting stages.
- Safety First: Strict adherence to Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures and PPE
