Who we're looking for Toyota's Indirect Procurement Department is looking for a highly motivated and qualified Procurement Sourcing Analyst for the Travel and Event Services, Office Supply and Social Innovation Grant Allocation category. Approximate annual spend across all categories is $225M. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the creation and execution of category procurement strategies for the following categories: Travel and Event Services : Stakeholder and supplier guidance on procure to pay processes; Negotiations and contract management for events, travel management company, online booking tools, airline, hotel, rental car supplier and other travel/events related agreements Catalog Management : Support/manage office supply, business card and gift card Ariba catalogs Social Innovation : Supports the Grants team in its annual grant/sponsorship activities Reporting to the Procurement & Event Services Manager, the person in this role will support the Indirect Procurement department's objective to implement procurement strategies to reduce costs and mitigate risk for the business.
Responsibilities
- Travel & Event Services:
- Execute/manage event, airline, hotel, and rental car contracts
- Lead quarterly review and annual recalibration activities
- Educate business teams on procurement, travel/event services and risk management policies and procedures
- Catalogs/ Office Supplies:
- Source suppliers and manage Ariba office supply catalogs for TMNA & TFS Corporate and NAMCs (manufacturing plants)
- Social Innovation
- support end to end grant writing & approval process for successful allocation of annual grant requests
- Support the development and execution of contractual documents including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of work (SOWs), onboard new suppliers to Ariba and other agreements as necessary to support Procurement and business needs
- Build and maintain close relationships with business units and supplier partners to deliver comprehensive and cross-enterprise process improvement solutions.
- Effectively manage all sourcing and price negotiation activities on an annual and/or multi-year basis for responsible commodities
- Participate in business unit trainings to help stakeholders understand the procure to pay process
- Participate in annual Procurement activities including documenting the processes - (Ji Kotei Kanketsu (JKK)), Procurement Strategy Meeting (PSM), Annual Price Review (APR) and other annual deliverables.

- What you bring
- Four-Year College Degree (BA or BS] and/or relevant work experience
- 2 or more years of relevant work experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks of varying complexities and successfully set priorities for meeting time-bound deliverables
- Demonstrated collaboration, communication (written and verbal) and influencing skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Products (Specifically Word & Excel)
