- Required Qualifications
- PMP Certification (mandatory).
- Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English (written and verbal).
- 12+ years of experience in program management / PMO leadership within enterprise software, ERP, or complex services environments.
- Proven experience managing programs that combine product delivery, service delivery, and commercial enablement.
- Strong exposure to SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
