Role Overview: We are seeking a strategic and people-focused YTM POD Manager to lead a portfolio of high-impact Viewer and Creator channel programs. This role will directly manage the Strategic Program & Operations Leads (Viewer/Creator Leads) and is accountable for driving program vision, organizational alignment, and business outcomes at scale. As a leader of leaders, the candidate will define channel strategy, ensure operational excellence across programs, and build a high-performing team that delivers on brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth goals. The base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000 - $189,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
