- Ability to translate business and customer needs into technical requirements
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and distributed teams
- Familiarity with ALM tools and DevOps/CI/CD practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
- Based in or able to work from Canada (remote/hybrid)
