- Required Qualifications

- Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Healthcare domains.
- Strong understanding of scientific and healthcare terminology and job functions is preferred.
- Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong sourcing and negotiation abilities with a proactive approach.
