Job Description Your Key Responsibilities: Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead and coordinate all activities related to new product launches and transfers, ensuring strategic alignment and timely execution. Oversee cross-functional collaboration to ensure launch readiness and effective risk management. Support commercial planning and decision-making through regular reporting and performance monitoring. Drive continuous improvement of launch processes and ensure alignment with internal policies and regional stakeholders. Facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding related to launch management across the organization. What you'll bring to the role: University degree in Management/Marketing/Pharmacy/Finance, or a related field. Previous involvement in areas such as marketing, project management, regulatory affairs, logistics, or other cross-functional roles that require coordination and collaboration. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities. Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills. English - Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher. Confident user of MS Office.
