Logistic Intern

About the role

We are a growing company specializing in high-quality baby essential products, committed to providing safe, reliable, and convenient solutions for parents and families. As our business expands, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Intern to support our daily operations and enhance customer fulfilment experience. Job Responsibilities Assist in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, and organizing incoming stock. Support order fulfilment processes such as picking, packing, labelling, and preparing customer orders for delivery. Perform inventory counting, stock reconciliation, and maintain accurate inventory records. Monitor stock levels and assist in replenishment planning to prevent stock shortages or overstock situations. Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse partners, and delivery service providers to ensure smooth operations. Assist in preparing shipping documents, delivery orders, and inventory reports. Ensure products are stored properly according to company standards, especially for baby care products requiring quality and hygiene control. Support logistics improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and reduce errors. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Perform any other administrative and operational duties assigned by the supervisor. Learning Opportunities During the internship, you will gain hands-on experience in: End-to-end order fulfilment and e-commerce logistics. Inventory management and stock control. Warehouse operations and process optimization. Supplier and courier coordination. Data analysis and reporting using Excel and inventory systems. Understanding the supply chain operations of a growing consumer products company.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, or related disciplines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse and office environment.
• Ability to handle light physical tasks, including moving and organizing products when required.
