You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, backend engineers, and data teams to deliver performant, reliable, and user-centric iOS applications. In this role You will: Design and build high-quality native iOS applications and features end-to-end Collaborate with backend teams to define and integrate APIs and services. Continuously improve app performance, reliability, and user experience Identify and address technical debt and drive engineering improvements Contribute to architecture decisions and evolution of the mobile platform Applying engineering guidelines and supporting peers through collaboration and code reviews Work closely with partners to translate business needs into well-designed mobile solutions What You will need to be successful: Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience) Strong problem-solving skills with ability to design and deliver effective solutions Excellent communication skills; able to influence engineering and business members Self-starter comfort with ambiguity, ownership, and driving outcomes end-to-end Software Skills Expert in Swift (and Objective-C as needed), building high-quality native iOS applications (UIKit/SwiftUI) Strong in iOS architecture and system design (e.g., MVVM or similar). Proven ability to ship and operate production iOS apps, including performance optimization and App Store releases Deep understanding of mobile engineering protocols: testing (unit/UI), CI/CD, security, and maintainable code Experience building end-to-end mobile systems with focus on reliability, privacy, and user experience Infrastructure Skills Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures (AWS/Azure) and how mobile apps interact with backend systems Experience working with APIs, authentication, and distributed systems in production environments Ability to solve production issues across mobile and backend integrations Database Skills Working knowledge of data storage patterns relevant to mobile apps and backend systems At bp, we provide the following environment & benefits to you: Different bonus opportunities based on performance, wide range of cafeteria elements Life & health insurance, medical care package Hybrid working arrangement aligned with team arrangements and business needs Opportunity to build up long-term career path and develop your skills with wide range of learning options Celebrate in bp's success.
