- Technical & AI Proficiency: Strong command of project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira) and practical experience with LLM/agentic AI frameworks (e.g., Gemini, Manus) to automate workflows and system integration.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Proven ability to lead and influence geographically distributed, multi-disciplinary teams without direct authority, while managing competing budgets and deadlines.
- Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of APAC regulatory/compliance standards and the ability to operate across diverse cultures, time zones, and infrastructure domains (Backbone, Edge, Data Center).
- Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, etc.) is required, with an MBA and PMP/CSM certification highly preferred.
