Order Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor customer orders
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide order updates
• Coordinate deliveries and shipments with factories, warehouses, and logistics partners
• Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and other related paperwork
• Follow up on payment status and shipping arrangements
• Maintain customer and product information in the system
• Handle customer issues and support order resolution
• Update and maintain sales order reports

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Sales Support, or Customer Operations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Oracle system is an advantage
