You'll help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks: Management of Data Protection complaints through facilitation, mediation and referral for investigation Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all cases recommended for facilitation and mediation are closed Perform the initial review on complaints related to illicit activities or out of Do Not Call (DNC) scope and assign the cases for referral to the relevant authorities Management of public queries (both individuals and organisations) on DNC Registry and Data Protection ensuring that responses are accurate and meeting the stipulated service level agreement Perform the preliminary case review and assignment of Do-Not-Call (DNC) complaints Manage the complainants on further feedback related to cases out of DNC scope Who is TDCX?
